About Chesnut Flower Honey

The color of chestnut honey is dark brownish. Dark honey consists of calcium as well as more minerals such as amino acids, sugar, iron, copper, potassium. As the mineral, healthy protein, enzyme and sugar content of honey increases, its color darkens.
