You can use the dried fruit mix in cakes, muesli mixes, sweet bread types and donut varieties. If you are going to use it for cakes, soak and soften the amount you want in water. Then strain and sprinkle some flour on top of it after it is thoroughly drained. While shaking the strainer, pour in flour. Thus, each dried fruit will be covered with flour. After sifting the excess flour, you can throw it into your cake mix. Thus, the fruits do not settle to the bottom and are distributed evenly.

Ingredients: Apple, orange, fig, apricot.
