Eğriçayır Organic Linden Honey is a honey obtained from the nectar of the flower of linden trees in the Western Black Sea Region, which is called the tree of life in many civilizations. It has its own unique taste and smell. Its color varies from yellow to light brown. Since it contains high fructose/glucose activity, rapid crystallization is observed, but this does not affect the quality of honey.
